New Phone!

We decided on our new phones today! our plan expires soon, which means we can renew it and get new phones. I've had my current phone for around 4 years, and i really, really, really want a new one. I decided to go with the LG Vu, since it wasn't very expensive, but still pretty. I'll have to get used to the touch screen though- texting will be slow for awhile.

So, i've been bitten by the acting bug. I'm planning on visiting the local theatre here soon, and seeing what i can audition for. i don't really care

if i get a big part or a small part, as long as i get to practice. I'm so excited- I'm a twilight fan, and i want the role of Tanya in Breaking Dawn more than I've wanted anything else before. This little voice in my head keeps telling me that i can do this, and that this is something I'm supposed to pursue, so I'm diving in with both feet. I'm planning on being in everything i can get a role in this summer, taking acting classes, building a small resume, and sending information off to as many agents as possible. I'm hoping that by the time the auditions roll around in fall/winter this year for BD, I'll be enough of a blip on the casting director's radar. Once i send in my info, its up to them. I'm not quite sure why this role suddenly means so much to me, but it does. I think i have a shot- i fit the description of Tanya really well, aside from the curly blond hair (but that's what curling irons and hair dye is for, right?). She's described as 5'6", Russian, and 17 to 18 years of age. I'm 5'7", i have lots of Russian in my background, and I'll be eighteen when filming occurs. This is just one thing i refuse to procrastinate on- for once in my life, I'm driven to succeed.

So enough of my ramblings. I have a graduation party to plan for, and I'm working on a scrapbook. I always wanted to have a really nice, well done, pretty scrapbook, so I've decided to go ahead and start one.

don't give up,

Fresh Start.

Refurbished the blog. I've decided to forget making this a crafting blog and keep more of a journal of my day to day, and anything that catches my fancy.

I was introduced to a lovely site the other day. Real people post their fashion creations and you can search through and see what people all around the world find fashionable. I'm utterly addicted, and I've decided that girls in Sweden are much to pretty for their own good. has to be one of my favorite sites now. Maybe i'll post some of my personal favorites later.

Found a few gorgeous items from my favorite stores.

All my money seems to go to Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters. I found this gorgeous top (i love it in white), and i've decided that i'm going to buy it- along with this Hush-Hush tee in dark grey and these Nikki color-blocked pumps. Seriously, i love those shoes. I would wear them everyday. One (brown, with metal) and two (in teal) bracelets will reside on my arm as soon as i save up enough. Guess i should take that job at the local chocolate store, huh? Fashion seems to be ruling my wallet right now. I really want to change over my wardrobe from high school clothes to sophisticated, high quality clothes. That's all for now i think.
be inspired,
